how it works

From first call to final inspection

Every step, in order, with nothing left to guess.

  1. I

    Tell us about it

Call or email with the address and what you need. You get a written quote before any work is scheduled.

  2. II

    Lock in a date

A 25% deposit, due 30 days before the start date, holds your spot and covers initial materials.

  3. III

    Permits & utility

We pull the required permits (fees included unless noted) and coordinate scheduling with your utility.

  4. IV

    The work

Anything outside the quoted scope is brought to you first. Nothing extra happens without your OK.

  5. V

    Inspection

Where a permit applies, the job is inspected. All we need from you is access to the property.

  6. VI

    Done & covered

The balance is due the day the work is finished, and the job carries a three-year labor warranty.
